The server, a mature woman clearly had other personal things going on as she failed to listen to my order and then walked away from the serving area. The manager tried looking for her to find what happened and after a period she resurfaced!
I don't frequent McDonalds much but because of a good experience in the Highland Falls McDonalds I thought I would try this one as it was nearer to me but clearly not!
The manager tried her best but when the staff are clearly not educated in social skills nor basic instructions on how to fulfill an order, what else can you expect!July 09, 2016
