  The service was very slow we were there for about 2.5 hours they ran out of some types of wine while we were there but they matched the lower price of the wine with a higher quality once they ran out. The filet was DELICIOUS and perfectly cooked, the greens were lacking -- it was just spinach tossed with garlic barely cooked, and the potatoes were nicely cooked.

  On rare occasion you have an unforgettable and delectable dining experience. That was our experience at Al Fresco last night. Graziano was a sensational host. Every dish was fresh and impeccably prepared.
  A homey and welcoming environment with superior wait service.

  I'd like to preface with the fact that I have been here several times and had both prompt service and delicious, hot as-advertised food. I'd also like to add that I've never felt so compelled to write a review as a result of revolting service. As someone who spent 5-6+ years in the food service, I've never been more ashamed of suggesting to bring my group of friends to a venue and being treated so incredibly poorly. Rather than simply stating they could not accommodate our party of 6, they brought us into the bar area and suggested we sit at the bar. Then the owner (?) came in, removed half of the bar stools and separated our party into two sections. The waiter was perfectly lovely and clearly overwhelmed as he took 45 to pour our drinks and and hour to get us some water. The first entree of salad came out after approximatly 1.5 was a sad pile of romain shavings (as opposed to the nice mixed greens assortment I have previously enjoyed.) half of us did not even have forks or any type of utensil to eat the salad with. 2 hours pass and our entries come out, half of which were wrong and the others were just mediocre. As polite young adults, we we're being treated very poorly as repete clientele. After speaking with our waiter, the manager and then the owner they did not feel as though we deserved any sort of compensation even though it took a total of 2.5 for brunch start to finish. sad to say I will not ever take a party to Alfresco. I'll miss the tiremesu, but after that encounter that's about it. Clear age bias, heavily discriminated against, unfortuanty can not support an establishment who would accuse and disregard paitent and polite patrons.
